Chetna’s Kitchen is a cloud kitchen specializing in daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner deliveries, offering homemade, hygienic meals straight to customers’ homes. They also provide seasonal specials like Thepla, Chundo pickle, Gajar Halwa, and Doodhi Halwa, along with custom catering for small events. Additionally, they cater to travelers with specially curated meal options.

Challenges :

Chetna’s Kitchen needed a consistent WhatsApp marketing strategy to promote daily meal options, travel specials, seasonal specials, catering services, and customer testimonials. They also required an online quick-order system to streamline customer orders and improve convenience.
